EDP 23U Summer League 2021

This Summer we will be playing in the EDP 23U League under the Sporting Global Moniker as an extension of the Barcelona Academy Northern Virginia Next Level Program.

This league is primarily for clubs with a record of developing elite players. It is designed to give those clubs an opportunity to extend their brand by providing an outlet for returning collegiate players. Clubs can choose to enter 20U and/or 23U teams in the league. The EDP 20U/23U Summer League will consist of regional divisions, with teams scheduled for six games during the summer.

DETAILS
Training fees cover 16 training sessions and a training shirt. A large training pool will be selected in order to keep competition high and with the understanding that many players will miss some time due to vacations and work schedules. Each week the staff will select a team to compete in the EDP U23 Summer League. The team selected to play in games will be based on the players on the available roster who provide us with the best option to compete in that event.

Additionally, staff will work with players in the training pool to set up trials with local USL teams throughout the summer.
